We offer a comprehensive annual maintenance service for our resident’s apartment systems.

Regular maintenance is essential to ensure that residents are not in breach of their lease, equipment is kept under warranty and major breakdowns are prevented. We work with a select group of best-in-class contractors who are managed by our in-house facilities manager.
