As Founder and CEO of Rhodium, Dean Main brings more than 20 years of experience across private banking, real estate, and ultra-luxury residential advisory. Prior to founding the company, he held roles at HSBC and the Topland Group, developing a strong foundation in investment and high-value client relationships. Since establishing Rhodium in 2011, Dean has led the company’s evolution into a trusted advisory and operating partner to some of the world’s most discerning developers and leading global brands. Over the past fifteen years, he has driven the growth of the business, helping shape and operate some of the most prestigious residential developments worldwide. Today, he continues to lead Rhodium’s strategic direction, drawing on deep industry expertise and an in-depth understanding of UHNW client expectations.
