Starting his career within luxury hotels Richard worked his way up to General Manager. Moving across to the residential sector, Richard launched a luxury retirement village for the Audley Group. Richard heads up the Rhodium site mobilisation team, focusing on the completion of developments, and managing and carefully coordinating the launch of all schemes.
