Since joining the company in 2017, he has advised developers and leading global brands on residential and branded residential projects, drawing on extensive expertise in operations, mobilisation and launch strategy. Over the past decade, Richard has led the mobilisation of some of London’s most prestigious super-prime residential developments, with a combined value exceeding $10 billion. Today, he plays a key role in shaping company strategy, leading Rhodium’s expansion across the Middle East and North Africa, and advising partner brands on residential development opportunities worldwide.
