Ossi joined Rhodium in 2016 and oversees the quality assurance operations across the Rhodium portfolio for both front and back of house. Ossi works closely with each of the Property Management, Consultancy and HR teams to assess quality metrics and ensure the high standards of service delivery are being achieved. Ossi is a qualified interior designer and before joining Rhodium, created bespoke interiors for super-prime residences in central London.
