Prior to joining Rhodium, as a PA to the Directors and EA to the Chairman for over 4 years at one of London’s super prime property developers, Kelly developed her exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. As a qualified Project Management practitioner and holding a certificate in Real Estate Economics and Finance, Kelly has integrated into Rhodium’s mobilisation team coordinating a range of tasks including operational setup, managing financial processes and residents’ alterations, to ensure client satisfaction for a seamless handover and transition to day-to-day management.
