Elena has more than 10 years of national and international HR Management experience in a variety of industries, including hospitality, film, TV, e-commerce and recruitment. At Rhodium Elena runs the HR department to provide a comprehensive and professional HR service that drives business results and engages people. She is a CIPD member and has an MA in HR Management from Birkbeck College.
